Azurite Press, MCEO and The MCEO Freedom Teachings®
Copyright Policies, Individual Use and Reproduction

Any persons who wish to publish, present, distribute, share, use, promote or teach information relating to or from the Guardian Alliance (GA) Azurite Press Melchizedek Cloister Emerald Order (APMCEO) - Cloister-Dora-Teura Plates (CDT-Plates) - Speakers' Translations, such as on websites, publications or other public forums, are asked to adhere to the following guidelines.

GA Security Protocol is designed to preserve and protect the integrity, truth, purity, intent, content and core meaning of the MCEO Emerald Covenant Freedom Teachings and the material of the CDT-Plates translations. There are only three MCEO Guardian Alliance AUTHORIZED Speakers, working together at all times, who are given the official commission to draw, translate, release and publish data and material directly from the CDT-Plates and the Original Emerald Covenant Freedom Teachings.

The MCEO Freedom Teachings® of the Azurite Press are protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The MCEO Freedom Teachings® collectively refer to all GA-APMCEO-CDT-Plates Speakers’ translations, texts, teachings, publications, products and materials, including all articles, codes, artwork, images, graphs, graphics, logos, downloads and other files, charts, meditations, techniques, technologies and other material from the course-book manuals, books, cd/dvd and audio/video workshop programs, live workshop presentations, modules, teachings, educational outreach programs and the Azurite Press website.

Permission must first be obtained from the APMCEO for the re-use, re-publication or re-distribution of material or information from the MCEO Freedom Teachings®. Requests for copyright permission are to be made in writing to the APMCEO office. Please include your full legal name, address, phone number and email contact information in the request, detailing the specific materials you wish to use and the description and purpose of intended use. The APMCEO reserves the right to refuse to grant permission and the right to terminate our copyright permission at any time and for any reason or for failure to comply with our policies.

One must give proper credit to any information obtained or derived from the MCEO Freedom Teachings ® and, moreover, quote the work accurately, as DISTINGUISHED and separate from giving credit to one’s own PERSONAL spiritual guidance, compilation, interpretation or personal GA contact information. This includes providing clear reference to APMCEO copyrighted and CDT-Plates specific terminologies, taken or derived from the Kathara Bio-Spiritual Healing System (all levels), Dance For programs, Maharata Text translations, Voyagers Books, and all other material from the MCEO Freedom Teachings® Series. Furthermore, presenting, disseminating or teaching information from APMCEO publications and teachings is to be done without material alteration, preserving the original content, context, substance and intent of the Emerald Covenant Freedom Teachings and related material.

APMCEO copyrighted works (in particular codes, images and graphics) must be maintained in their whole original form and are NOT to be modified in any way; they may NOT be used, copied or distributed separately from relevant accompanying material or text, where applicable, nor can there be addition of content to the works. APMCEO copyrighted works are NOT to be re-used, re-distributed or re-produced in these circumstances: (a) in combination with or on the same site or forum that contains other non-related works, materials, images, artwork, teachings, modalities, services or website links; (b) to describe, support or promote other works, teachings, modalities, services, websites, products or advertisements; and/or c) for commercial or non-educational purposes.

If copyright permission is granted by the APMCEO, the following information must be included together with reproductions of APMCEO copyrighted works: (a) Copyright Notice - a prominent copyright notice that must be placed directly underneath each individual copyrighted work, indicating it is the property of the Azurite Press; (b) Permission Notice - a notice informing that copyright permission is granted by the Azurite Press for use, copy or distribution; (c) Direct website links – to the Azurite Press and the Kathara Team websites; (d) Disclaimers – notice that copyright permission or reproduction does not represent the Azurite Press’ approval, sponsorship or endorsement of your website, activities or enterprises and its contents, views, or opinions therein; and (e) Copyright Credit - name of the Azurite Press publication, program, workshop or manual from which the copyrighted material is sourced, where applicable.
